• Coordination and supervision of the assigned team on the different projects.
• Acting as a preventive resource in matters of occupational risk prevention (ORP).
• Planning and monitoring of projects.
• Cost control and materials management.
• Preparation of bids for the various projects, according to client specifications.
• Attendance at meetings with clients to monitor and follow up on project progress.
• Preparation of weekly reports for the team in charge.
• Administrative and human resources management of the assigned team.
• Availability for geographical mobility depending on project needs (Zaragoza, Vitoria, Bilbao, Pamplona, among others).

We are looking for an on-site Team Leader to join our Electrical Engineering and Installations team in Zaragoza. In your day-to-day, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating a work team across different construction sites.

• University degree in Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position, managing teams and projects.
• Advanced knowledge of analysis and metrics tools (KPIs).
• Proficiency in digital and office automation tools.
• Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
• Availability for geographical mobility nationwide.
