We are currently looking to hire a person for the Quality/Production area as a Quality Verifier.

• Perform control, sorting by component type, and analysis of each of the parts rejected from the production process, whether attributable internally or externally.
• Segregate rejected material to the rejection area and record the control of material entries and exits from the rejection area.
• Verify specific characteristics of parts and components, according to inspection guidelines or specifications, to determine whether that characteristic is met, in accordance with the criteria specified in said documentation. For example, surface defects, burrs, structural defects, missing components, etc. Verifications may be visual, using measuring equipment, or using gauges, etc.
• Monitor material batches, tests required by the customer or supplier, as well as changes in the generational index of the different parts (traceability) and record cutting sequences.
• Ensure compliance with the requirements of manufactured products by applying the controls, sampling, and verifications stipulated in the Control Plan.
• Complete inspection and quality control documentation.
• Perform audits of the finished product and controls, with the frequency set by the Control Plan, in each of the processes to verify the quality standards specified by the customer, Grupo Sesaje, and/or regulations. Report deviations to the supervisor for resolution as appropriate.
• Inspect incoming materials upon receipt according to the defined frequency and criteria. 
• Perform part validation with the customer for any parts that have undergone any type of modification, to obtain their approval.

• Higher-level vocational training.
• Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office software package.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience.
• Own vehicle.
