Forklift Operator Abrera (M/F)

We are currently recruiting a Forklift Operator (M/F). Will you join us?

What will you do?

• Complete the empty container loading checklist, continuing the process flow if it is OK or rejecting the truck if it is NOK

• Require the driver to use PPE, wheel chocks and load securing elements. If not complied with, reject the truck

• Carry out the loading and unloading of empty containers following the priorities specified in the work order, space optimization and respecting the layout.

• Inspect containers through visual inspection and, if damaged containers are detected, manage them accordingly.

• Record in the work order and checklist the loads actually carried out, discrepancies and reasons for discrepancies.

• Daily inspection of the forklift before use.

• Changing the forklift battery.

KNOWLEDGE:

• Valid theoretical and practical forklift certificate
• Experience with LINDE brand forklifts.
• Experience in the automotive industry
• Experience working in the SEAT environment is highly valued.

¿Qué harás?

• Cumplimentar el check list de carga de vacíos, continuando el flujo del proceso en caso de ser OK o rechazando el camión en caso de ser NOK

• Exigir al conductor el uso de EPIS, calzos y elementos de aseguramiento de cargas. En caso de incumplimiento, rechazar el camión

• Ejecutar la carga y descarga de vacíos siguiendo las prioridades especificadas en la OF, la optimización del espacio y respetando el layout.

• Revisar contenedores mediante inspección visual y en caso de detectar contenedores en mal estado ejecutar su gestión.

• Registrar en OF y en check list cargas realmente efectuadas, discrepancias, motivos de las discrepancias.

• Revisión diaria de la carretilla antes de su uso.

• Cambio de batería de la carretilla.

• Certificado vigente teórico-práctico de carretillas
• Experiencia con carretilla marca LINDE.
• Experiencia en automoción
• Muy valorable haber trabajado en el ámbito de SEAT.
