The role

We are looking for a Logistics Team Coordinator to join a logistics project located in Constantí. The selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating a small operational team and carrying out tasks typical of the logistics area, especially related to recycling control and service supervision.

The role requires previous experience, leadership skills and availability to work rotating shifts.

What you'll do

Coordination and supervision of a logistics team (up to 5 people).
Recycling control and waste management.
Organisation and monitoring of operational tasks.
Direct support in tasks typical of logistics staff.
Use of forklift truck.
Communication and coordination with project managers.

How you'll work

Monday to Sunday, rotating shifts:
- 06:00 to 14:00
- 14:00 to 22:00
- 22:00 to 06:00
Rest days according to the rota
Contract: 1 year, renewable.
Salary: According to collective agreement + bonuses.
Joining a stable project.
Initial training and team support.
