Job description:
Supervise production staff according to the standards set by the company and the client, ensuring the correct execution of assigned tasks and compliance with the production schedule.
Team in charge:
Coordination of between 5 and 10 people (production operators and forklift drivers).
What you'll do
- Support to the Shift Manager, Coordinator 2 or Team/Section Leader in controlling production planning and deadlines.
- Distribution of workload among the staff in charge (operators and/or forklift drivers).
- Attendance control and management of absenteeism incidents.
- Supervision and validation of work reports, ensuring incidents and breakdowns are recorded.
- Support in supervising staff performance and managing production incidents.
- Supervision of shift changes together with Coordinators 2 or Team/Section Leaders.
- Accompaniment of new hires: on-the-job training, access to documentation and work instructions.
- Support in carrying out quality controls agreed with the client or established internally.
- Participation in the analysis of quality incidents and complaints.
- Timely performance of operator tasks to cover absences or support activity peaks.
- Liaison with client counterparts to coordinate operational incidents, raw material needs and product removal.
- Ensuring order, cleanliness and compliance with occupational health and safety regulations in work areas.
