The role

We are SIFU, a leading Special Employment Centre in the provision of socially responsible Facility Services. With more than 30 years of experience and more than 9,500 professionals, over 5,000 of them with some type of disability, we serve more than 3,000 clients and we are present in Spain, France and Andorra. We are looking for a Maintenance, cleaning, swimming pools and green areas Operator exclusively for people with a disability certificate equal to or greater than 33% or Total Permanent Disability (IPT), to perform a service in a center located in the high zone of Barcelona (08017).

What you'll do

Cleaning of stairs, glass, and removal of waste.
Basic maintenance of swimming pools.
Cleaning of filters.
Control and checking of pH and chlorine levels.
Maintenance of landscaped areas.
Grass cutting and mowing.
Sweeping of dry leaves.
Weed removal.

How you'll work

Schedule: 20 hours per week.
Schedule: Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 13:00 h.
Salary: €746 gross per month.
Contract type: Vacation replacement.
Start date: 30/11/2026.
Expected end date: 25/01/2027.
No personal vehicle required.
We value previous experience in cleaning, basic swimming pool maintenance, or gardening.

Minimum requirements

Disability certificate equal to or greater than 33% or IPT.
Ability to perform physical tasks associated with the position.
Responsible, self-sufficient person with a good attitude.
