Mathematics Graduate + Official Master - Operational Innovation

• Intermediate or advanced proficiency in SharePoint (to be verified during technical assessment)
• Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Power Apps (to be verified during technical assessment)
• Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Power Automate (to be verified during technical assessment)
• Valid B driving license in Spain
• From 6 months to 1 year of experience in information structure design, including the creation and configuration of SharePoint sites, lists, and libraries (academic experience and/or employment contract) (to be verified during technical assessment)
• From 6 months to 1 year of experience in the design and development of business applications with Power Apps for process digitization (academic experience and/or employment contract) (to be verified during technical assessment)
• From 6 months to 1 year of experience in the creation and maintenance of complex workflows with Power Automate for the orchestration of tasks, notifications, and automated systems (academic experience and/or employment contract) (to be verified during technical assessment)

• Excel course of at least 20 hours

• Hold a Bachelor's or Graduate Degree + Official Master's in Mathematics (MECES 3) (degree officially recognized in Spain or a certificate of equivalence issued by the General Secretariat of Universities)

• English, Minimum Level B2 (the level will be verified during the selection process).

Bachelor's or Graduate Degree + Official Master's in Mathematics - Operational Innovation (Madrid)

• Support for the coordination of teamwork.
• Create, test, and maintain complex workflows with Power Automate for tasks, notifications, and automated systems.
• Create, develop, and implement business applications with Power Apps to digitize and optimize internal processes.
• Organize and manage information using SharePoint, including lists, document libraries, and storage structures.
• Structure, organize, and process information to facilitate its exploitation and guarantee its quality and consistency.
• Define criteria, indicators, and monitoring mechanisms to evaluate the performance of the implemented solutions.

• We offer:
  
  - Fixed-term contract of approximately 6 months, with the option of extension if appropriate and respecting the maximum duration limits established in current labor legislation for each contractual modality. The type and duration of the contract will depend on the reason for hiring, the project, and the circumstances of the selected person/s.
  
  - Full-time.
