Tecnologías y Servicios Agrarios, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., a subsidiary of the TRAGSA GROUP, specializing in engineering, consulting, and technical assistance activities in agricultural, livestock, forestry, and environmental matters, is looking to hire 1 Bachelor's Degree or Graduate + Official Master's to provide support in personal data protection regulatory compliance in the Community of Madrid.

What you'll do
- Analysis and reporting of the current situation regarding regulatory compliance in accordance with Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights (hereinafter, LOPDGDD), as well as in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation.
- Updating of the Records of Processing Activities (ROPA).
- Carrying out risk analyses and, where appropriate, the necessary data protection impact assessments for the different processing activities.
- Specialized technical advice and support in matters of personal data protection, including support in interlocution with other organizations and support in meetings requiring technical assistance in said matter.
- Support in resolving inquiries regarding compliance with personal data protection regulations within the scope of the activities of the Secretariat of State for Energy.
- Support in audit processes.
