Degree Holder - Grant Processing

• At least 3 months of experience with an employment contract supporting the supervision and management of teams
• At least 3 months of experience with an employment contract in the processing of grant application files
• Proficiency in Excel at an intermediate or higher level (will be verified in technical assessment)
• Proficiency in Word and Outlook at a user or higher level (will be verified in technical assessment)

• Complementary training in MS Word
• Complementary training in MS Excel
• From 3.5 months to 1 year of experience with an employment contract in the processing of grants or subsidies in the public sector
• From 3.5 months to 1 year of experience with an employment contract supporting the supervision and management of teams
• From 3 months of experience with an employment contract in the use of Public Administration IT applications for the processing of grants or subsidies (will be verified in technical assessment)

• Possess the official degree of Associate Degree, Technical Engineering, Technical Architecture, or Degree (MECES level 2) (degree recognized in Spain or certificate of equivalence issued by the General Secretariat of Universities).

Associate Degree, Technical Engineer, Technical Architect, or Graduate - Processing of Grants (Madrid)

• Provide support in the supervision and management of the team of processors (administrative staff)
• Management of incident resolution in processing applications
• Downloading and cleaning of documents in Excel format
• Support in the preparation of documents and official communications for the generation and processing of payments

• We offer:
  
  - Fixed-term contract with an estimated duration of 8 months.
  
  - Full-time working day of 37.5 hours per week.
