• Higher Technician (FPII) in agricultural specialty or building and civil engineering or electricity and electronics or installation and maintenance.
• Basic Training in Occupational Risk Prevention in Construction (60 hours)
• Valid type B driver's license in Spain.
• From 3 months to 3 years of experience in civil engineering or construction, recognized in the category of Foreman (experience with an employment contract).
• From 3 months to 2 years of experience in civil engineering or construction, recognized in other professional categories different from that of Foreman (experience with an employment contract).

• Complementary training, different from that indicated in Requirements, in civil engineering or construction
• Complementary training, different from that indicated in Requirements, in Cartography (GIS or CAD)
• Complementary training, different from that indicated in Requirements, in topography or site layout
• Complementary training, different from that indicated in Requirements, in office automation

• We offer:
  - A fixed-term contract with an estimated duration of 12 months.
  - Full-time schedule.

Technical Foreman - Building (Pontenova, Lugo)

Empresa de Transformación Agraria, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., parent company of the TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in works related to rural development and nature conservation, is looking to hire 1 Technical Foreman to provide support in the completion of construction works in Pontenova, Lugo.

Regarding the process published on 29/09/2026, the deadline for receiving applications is extended from 07/10/2026 to 13/10/2026 at 23:59 (peninsular time).

• Organize construction activities following the instructions of the site manager, ensuring the quality and performance of the works.
• Collaborate in the programming of actions, preparation of budgets, and site layouts.
• Organize and coordinate human teams by instructing workers in specific tasks.
• Schedule and validate the activities developed by collaborators and their teams, as well as the receipt of materials and supplies at the construction site or in the warehouse, following the instructions of the site manager.
• Take responsibility for the machinery assigned to the site, confirming its receipt and communicating incidents (breakdowns, supplies, and maintenance).
• Supervise the execution of the works through measurements, calculation of yields, and material control.
• Comply with and ensure compliance with the safety plan of the operation, as well as existing specifications regarding quality and the environment.
• Draft and sign off on the corresponding work reports and immediately report any accident or anomaly that occurs.
