• Possess a university degree corresponding to Technical Engineering, or within the Bologna Plan, a Degree in Geomatics and Surveying engineering, Civil/Public Works engineering, Geography and Land Management, Geographic Information Systems, Forestry or Agricultural engineering (Corresponding to 2 MECES). (Degree officially recognized in Spain or certificate of equivalence issued by the General Secretariat of Universities)
• Valid type B driving license in Spain and in force. (To certify said permit, a copy or proof must be provided in the application)
• From 6 months to 1 year of experience in construction sector works developing surveying functions. Experience with Employment Contract. (It is necessary to attach a social security employment history report and/or employment contract that allows for the accreditation of work experience)
• From 6 months to 1 year of experience in having managed certifications and cost control. Experience with Employment Contract. (It is necessary to attach a social security employment history report and/or employment contract that allows for the accreditation of work experience)

• Support in cost control.
• Site layouts, dimension control, generating topographic plans.
• Participate in the planning and programming of actions and works, ensuring compliance with current quality, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Collaborate in the monitoring and control tasks of the works, as well as participate in the preparation of Health and Safety Plans.
• Performing measurements and valuation reports.
• Preparation of sketches, work reports, and topographic documentation.
• Control and monitoring of the execution of the works in accordance with plans and technical documentation.

• València/Valencia
  Location: Paterna with travel within the Province of Valencia.

  The following is offered:
  
  -A fixed-term contract of approximately 3 months is offered, with the option of extension if appropriate and respecting the maximum duration limits established in the current labor legislation for each contractual modality.   - Full-time: 37.5 Hours/Week.
