• Valid type B driver's license in Spain (it is necessary to attach a supporting copy that allows for the verification and accreditation of the driver's license).

• Have complementary training in the use of applications according to Building/Plans/Modeling projects (Autocad, SKetchup, Revit among others). (It is necessary to attach an accrediting document that allows for the verification and accreditation of training in the use of these applications).
• Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) course qualifying for exercise as a preventive resource. (To be able to accredit this merit, a supporting copy must be attached to the application).
• Experience (professional and/or academic) of between 6 months and 1 year performing functions specific to your degree. (It is necessary to attach a Work History record and/or employment contract that allows for the verification and accreditation of professional experience).

• Hold a degree in Industrial Technical Engineering or a University Degree (Bologna Process) in Industrial Engineering (MECES Level 2) (Degree officially recognized in Spain or a certificate of equivalence issued by the General Secretariat of Universities).

• Supervise and coordinate works on-site, ensuring project compliance.
• Control the quality of execution and compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Organize work teams and coordinate subcontractors.
• Deadline and planning control.
• Contracting and requesting quotes.
• Control and optimize costs.

  A fixed-term contract of an estimated duration of 6 months is offered, with the possibility of extension up to a maximum of 12 months in total, if applicable.
