• Valid Type B driver's license in Spain. (To certify said permit, a copy or proof must be provided in the application).
• From 6 months to 1 year of experience in construction sector works developing public or civil type works. Experience with Employment Contract. (It is necessary to attach a labor history report and/or employment contract that allows for the accreditation of work experience).
• From 6 months to 1 year of experience in having handled certifications and cost control. (It is necessary to attach a labor history report and/or Employment Contract that allows for the accreditation of said work experience)
• From 6 months to 1 year of experience in having drafted valued reports. Experience with Employment Contract. (It is necessary to attach a labor history report and/or Employment Contract that allows for the accreditation of said work experience)

• Training related to Occupational Risk Prevention (To certify said course, proof must be provided in the application).
• Training related to Civil Works, Public Works, Building (To certify said training, proof must be provided in the application).

• Hold a university degree corresponding to Technical Engineering, or within the Bologna Plan, Degree in Engineering (Corresponding to 2 MECES). (Degree officially recognized in Spain or certificate of equivalence issued by the General Secretariat of Universities)

• Support in cost control.
• Drafting of reports linked to Management.
• Participate in the planning and programming of actions and works, guaranteeing compliance with current quality, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Collaborate in the monitoring and control tasks of the works, as well as participate in the preparation of Health and Safety Plans.
• Support in the management of personnel and/or teams under their charge.
• Drafting of projects associated with the Management's works.
• Perform administrative procedures, incidents and/or other situations derived from the planning and execution of the action.

  Offered:
  
  - A fixed-term contract of an estimated duration of 3 months is offered with the possibility of extension up to a maximum of 12 months in total, if applicable.
