• Valid Type B driver's license in Spain
• From 6 months to 2 years of experience in Public Administration and/or public companies (academic experience and/or with an employment contract)

• Complementary training in Public Procurement
• Intermediate or advanced level of automation with Microsoft Office 365 tools (Word, Excel) (will be checked during technical assessment)
• Academic experience and/or with an employment contract of at least 6 months in the processing and management of common administrative procedure files (will be checked during technical assessment)

• Hold a degree in Bachelor's, Engineering, Architecture or Degree/Diploma + Official Master's (MECES level 3) (degree officially recognized in Spain or certificate of equivalence issued by the General Secretariat of Universities)

• Support the management and control of procurement procedures to respond to the actions of the MENRRED.
• Publication and processing of tender requests in the Public Sector Contracts Platform.
• Monitoring of abnormally low tender reports, technical assessment, and technical exclusion, to guarantee their correct preparation and presentation in a timely and proper manner.
• Preparation of contracts based on framework agreements.
• Verification of the classification of companies selected in the FM (Framework Agreement) to guarantee the invitation of those that comply with each based contract.
• Maintenance of the records of current framework agreements in the management applications of the Procurement Sub-directorate.

• We offer:
  
  - Fixed-term contract with an estimated duration of 6 months with the possibility of extension up to a maximum of 12 months in total, if applicable
  - Full-time.
