Civil, Agricultural or Forestry Engineer - Construction Authorization Support

Compliance with requirements and/or merits must be justified through the performance of assessment tests and/or by attaching the necessary documentation in the "Annexes" section of the registration questionnaire. • At least 2 years of work experience related to your degree
• From 1 year to 3 years of work and/or academic experience in the Public Sector
• From 1 year to 3 years of experience in the processing of administrative files (work and/or academic) (this will be verified during technical assessment)
• From 1 year to 3 years of experience in digitizing cartographic documentation (work and/or academic)? (this will be verified during technical assessment)

• Training and/or knowledge in applying the Water Law regulations (this will be verified during technical assessment)

• You possess one of the following University Degrees (MECES Level 3) officially recognized in Spain or with a certificate of equivalence issued by the General Secretariat of Universities:
  
  - Engineering or Degree + Master's in Civil Engineering (Caminos, Canales y Puertos), Agricultural Engineering, or Forestry Engineering.

Bachelor's or Graduate Degree + Master's in Agricultural Engineering, Forestry, or Civil Engineering (Caminos, Canales y Puertos) - Works Authorization Support (Valencia)

• Draft technical reports regarding files related to authorizations for works and installations in the Public Hydraulic Domain and riverbed police zones.
• Digitize cartographic documentation using a GIS tool regarding files for authorizations of works and installations reported by the Basin Organization.
• Compare floodability studies from the National System of Flood Zones or those provided by third parties, for consideration in the works authorization file.
• Examine the impact on public riverbeds, their easement and police zones, of the works and infrastructure authorizations to be reported.
• Analyze the application and documentation provided to evaluate the aspects to be reported by the Basin Organization. Requirements for documentation.
• Operate computer applications used for the planning and management of the public hydraulic domain: BalduqueFirma, Geshidro, AlmacénCHJ, Scriptum, Dominus, QSaeptum, and Licentus.

  OFFERED:
  
  - Fixed-term contract of approximately 9 months, with the option of extension if appropriate and respecting the maximum duration limits established in the current labor legislation for each contractual modality. The type and duration of the contract will depend on the reason for hiring, the project, and the circumstances of the selected person/s.
  
  - Full-time working day (37.5h)
