• Availability to travel up to 50% of the time within the national territory.
• Availability to perform on-call shifts compensated with time off.
• From 6 months to 1 year of experience in common administrative procedures with the use of management applications within the Public Administration (experience with an employment contract) (This will be verified during technical assessment)
• From 6 months to 1 year of experience in public administration in relation to policies aimed at the young population (16-30 years old) (experience with an employment contract) (This will be verified during technical assessment)

• Training course or certificate accrediting a B1 level or higher in English
• Experience in different areas of the Public Administration, such as the Management and Review of subsidy and bonus files (This will be verified during technical assessment)

• Possess a degree in Licenciatura, Engineering, Architecture, or Bachelor's Degree + Official Master's (MECES level 3) (degree officially recognized in Spain or a certificate of equivalence issued by the General Secretariat of Universities)

Tecnologías y Servicios Agrarios, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., a subsidiary company of the TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in performing engineering, consulting, and technical assistance activities in agricultural, livestock, forestry, and environmental matters, is looking to hire 4 Bachelor's or Graduate Degree + Official Master's - Public Administration Management Systems in the Community of Madrid

• Support in the management and review of reimbursement procedures derived from the execution of employment activation projects financed through public subsidies within the scope of the state public employment service.
• Assistance to users on legal matters linked to the Youth Guarantee.
• Support to the teams of civil servants responsible for the Youth Guarantee in consulting tasks.
• Support in the Monitoring of the National Youth Guarantee Plus Plan for decent work for young people.
• Prepare proposals for administrative appeals (recursos de alzada) as well as other technical and/or legal reports related to the administrative procedure.

• What is offered:
  
  - Fixed-term contract with an estimated duration of 6 months with the possibility of extension up to a maximum of 9 months in total, if applicable.
  
  - Full-time working day of 37.5 hours per week.
  
  - Flexible scheduling.
