Blow Molding Coordinator

• Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar position in blow molding or plastics processing plants, managing shift teams.

• Knowledge of blow molding processes (PET/HDPE), molds and line automation, as well as GMPs + Product Defense.

• Leadership and team development skills, orientation towards results and continuous improvement.

• Preferably a university degree in Technical Engineering, Chemistry, Industrial Organization or similar. Training in plastics processing or packaging technology is valued.

🤝 What will your day-to-day be like if you join the Production team?

• Coordinate and supervise plant operations, distribute and standardize area tasks, relay work reports to the team, and review completed tasks.

• Monitor quality and environmental regulations, participate actively in the HACCP team, prevent contamination risks, define the cleaning plan, and internally audit hygiene methods.

• Review established objective indicators, attend to and resolve incidents within your scope, and provide responses to internal and external customers.

• Plan and monitor actions regarding order, cleanliness, maintenance, and prevention, ensuring the proper use and conservation of area tools.

• Direct, train, and develop the people in your charge, fostering a good working climate and ensuring their safety and health.
