About the role

Do you have experience in the agricultural sector and are you motivated to take on the coordination of fieldwork within a solid, forward-looking project?
Are you looking for a stable environment where you can combine hands-on tasks with team supervision and direct support to technical management?

At ySondos we are recruiting an Agricultural Foreman for direct and permanent employment with a company in the agricultural sector located in Piñel de Arriba (Valladolid), which is growing steadily and has a solid, sustainable vision for the future.

What you'll do

You will take part in fieldwork: pruning, grafting, planting and replanting, fertilizing, and irrigation, among other tasks.

You will coordinate and supervise teams of agricultural laborers and tractor drivers.

You will provide support in the harvesting, cleaning, and drying processes of the products.

You will collaborate in warehouse management: packaging, palletizing, order preparation, and inventory management.

You will support commercial tasks: customer service, management support, and order tracking.

You will collaborate in the management and documentation of quality and traceability systems.

What we're looking for

Previous experience in agricultural work and team coordination.

Knowledge of agricultural machinery, treatments, irrigation, and field processes.

Organizational skills, communication skills, and ability to work in a team.

Proactive, responsible attitude and commitment to the project.

Nice to have

We will value technical agricultural training or similar, as well as residence near the area.

What you'll get

Stable and direct integration into the company's workforce.

Permanent contract, with a probationary period according to the collective agreement (6 months).

A project with continuity, where you can develop and grow professionally.

Working hours with an irregular distribution, adapted to the needs of the field (irrigation in summer and the harvest and sales campaign between October and December).

Exceptional overtime hours, always compensated with time off.

Salary to be negotiated based on experience and professional merit.
