The role

1. REPORTING: Quality, Food Safety and Environment Department (Quality Manager - Laboratories/Raw Materials Reception).

What you'll do

Control of raw materials reception according to established Purchase Specifications, established inspection procedures, and according to established analysis methods (as per the corresponding analysis ITs), guaranteeing impartiality and confidentiality.
Performing other controls / analyses of Products, Raw Materials, processes, etc. requested by other Areas of the Quality, FS and ES Dept. and by other Depts. / Areas of the company from its different Production Centers, according to established analysis methods (as per the corresponding analysis ITs), and guaranteeing impartiality and confidentiality.
Management of received Raw Material samples. Keep the warehouse of received Raw Material samples updated (Raw Material sample library).
Management of NCs associated with raw materials reception, including Returns of the same (including NC materials, samples of NC materials, documentation associated with the NC, etc.).
Control of raw material filter and sieve residues (tanks, silos and others).

6. OTHER

Knowledge of UNE-EN ISO 17025,
Knowledge of ERP- SAP / QM Module,
Having worked / knowledge in laboratory LIMS
Master's in Physicochemical Analysis, and/or other master's degrees focused on Analysis associated with Raw Material Control in Food Industries
