At NORTEX, we are a company specialized in industrial outsourcing solutions and auxiliary services, collaborating with leading companies from different sectors to optimize their production processes and guarantee the highest quality standards. We are currently looking to hire a Junior Quality Technician to be part of a growing project in the food sector.

What you'll do

Provide support to the Quality department in the implementation, maintenance, and improvement of quality and food safety management systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory and customer requirements.

Support in the management of Quality and Food Safety systems.
Monitoring of ISO 9001, ISO 22000, BRCGS, and IFS standards.
Preparation and updating of procedures, records, and technical instructions.
Carrying out quality controls and verifications on-site.
Monitoring of HACCP, cleaning plans, and prerequisites.
Document management and support in audits.
Monitoring of incidents, non-conformities, and corrective actions.

Requirements

Degree in Food Science and Technology, Biology, Chemistry, Veterinary Medicine, Agri-food Engineering, or similar
Previous experience or internships in a food environment are valued.
Basic knowledge of quality, food safety, and HACCP.
Proficiency in Office tools.
Organized, analytical, and rigorous person with a desire to learn.
