Bellhop at H10 Art Gallery

H10 Hotels is looking to hire a bellhop to work at our H10 Art Gallery hotel in Barcelona.

The duties to be performed will be:

• Carry out concierge tasks with some autonomy and responsibility, assisting the head of department and the concierges.
• Deliver phone messages, mail, or messages to guests.
• Collaborate on concierge duties.
• Carrying out tasks derived from the occupancy profile.
• Assist or help guests with their luggage upon their arrival at the hotel.
• Supervise luggage for groups or conventions.
• Assist with hotel security, reporting the entry of unwelcome individuals or any irregularities.
• Accompany guests to their rooms and explain the hotel's services and how the room's features work, such as the TV, Corporate App, air conditioning, etc.

• Complying with the standards defined by the chain, reflected in the Quality Regulations.
• Ensure compliance with the Occupational Risk Prevention protocol.

• Contract for 30 hours per week.

H10 Hotels precisa incorporar a un/a botones para trabajar en nuestro hotel H10 Art Gallery, en Barcelona.

Las funciones que llevará a cabo serán:

• Participar con alguna autonomía y responsabilidad en las tareas de conserjería ayudando al jefe de departamento y a los conserjes.
• Transmitir a los clientes las llamadas telefónicas, correspondencia o mensajes.
• Colaborar en las tareas de conserjería.
• Realizar las tareas derivadas del perfil de la ocupación.
• Asistir o ayudar al huésped con su equipaje en su llegada al hotel.
• Supervisión del equipaje de los grupos o convenciones.
• Ayuda a la seguridad del hotel, reportando la entrada de personas no gratas o alguna anomalía.
• Acompañar al huésped a la habitación y explicación de los servicios del hotel y funcionamiento de los elementos de la habitación, como TV,App Corporativa, Aire Acondicionado…

• Cumplir con los estándares definidos por la cadena, reflejados en la Normativa de Calidad.
• Asegurar el cumplimiento del protocolo de Prevención de Riesgos Laborales.

• Condrato a 30h semanales.
