· Assists all hotel guests and visitors at the entrance, welcoming them.
· Guides and accompanies guests to the hotel reception, wishes them a happy stay, and introduces them to the reception team.
· Handles customer complaints and suggestions. Records and forwards all complaints to the corresponding department. Guarantees the resolution of each complaint by following up until it is closed.
· Creatively and efficiently plans WOW moments (the surprise factor that makes guests live Hyatt Regency experiences) for both guests with complaints and satisfied guests.
· Listens carefully to understand all guest requests and provides accurate information. Records and forwards all requests to the corresponding department. Guarantees a response to each request by following up until it is closed.
· Coordinates luggage delivery and collection services for all guests with the bellhop service (special attention to groups), guaranteeing the identification of each piece of luggage and the verification of identities.
· Provides guests with information regarding hotel services and tourist information about the city, etc.
· Makes reservations requested by customers for restaurants, museums, tourist attractions, etc., and purchases transport tickets or show tickets.
· Ensures the good image of the hotel entrance and lobby, as well as the luggage carts, waste bins, and terrace ashtrays.
· Collects packages from couriers, mail, and other shipments that may arrive at the hotel, recording them in the register created for this purpose.
· Use of appropriate uniform and presence at all times.
The schedule will be from 9:00 to 13:00, Wednesday to Sunday.
