Bartender at H10 Cambrils Playa

H10 Hotels is looking to hire a person to work as a Bartender at our hotel H10 Cambrils Playa.

The tasks that will be under their responsibility are:

- Carry out the service and sale of food and beverages in a qualified, responsible, and autonomous manner.

- Prepare the work areas for service.

- Provide direct customer service for the consumption of beverages and food.

- Transport the necessary supplies and equipment for service.

- Check and inspect merchandise and items used in the section.

- Collaborate in the setup, service, and breakdown of buffets.

- Collaborate with the dining room manager in the preparation and development of special events.

- May coordinate and supervise the duties specific to the activity of their section.

- Inform and advise customers about the composition and preparation of the various products available to them.

- May handle customer complaints.

- Billing, payment collection, and cash register closing.

- Complete the department's shift records.

- Previous experience of at least 1 year in a similar position.

- Experience in handling trays.

- Knowledge of mixology.

- Good level of English. Other languages will be valued.

H10 Hotels precisa incorporar una persona para trabajar como Camarero/a de Bar en nuestro hotel H10 Cambrils Playa.

Las tareas que estarán bajo su responsabilidad serán:

- Ejecutar de manera cualificada, autónoma y responsable el servicio y venta de alimentos y bebidas.

- Preparar las áreas de trabajo para el servicio.

- Realizar la atención directa al cliente para el consumo de bebidas y comidas

- Transportar útiles y enseres necesarios para el servicio.

- Controlar y revisar mercancías y objetos de uso de la sección.

- Colaborar en el montaje, servicio y desmontaje de buffets

- Colaborar con el jefe de comedor en la preparación y desarrollo de acontecimientos especiales

- Podrá coordinar y supervisar los cometidos propios de la actividad de su área

- Informar y aconsejar al cliente sobre la composición y confección de los distintos productos a su disposición.

- Podrá atender reclamaciones de clientes.

- Facturación, cobro y cierres de caja.

- Cumplimentar registros de turno del departamento.

- Experiencia previa de 1 año como mínimo en una posición similar.

- Experiencia en el manejo de la bandeja.

- Conocimientos de coctelería.

- Buen nivel de inglés. Se valorarán otros idiomas.
