Housekeeping attendant at H10 Gran Tinerfe

H10 Hotels is looking to hire a person for the position of housekeeping attendant at the H10 Gran Tinerfe hotel in Tenerife.

The tasks to be performed will be:

• Qualified performance of the cleaning and tidying of rooms and corridors, as well as the order of guests' belongings.
• Clean and tidy rooms, bathrooms, and corridors between guest rooms.
• Control materials, guest products, and report any anomalies in the facilities and lost items to your supervisors.
• Provide direct customer service in your area of responsibility.
• Collect their keys.
• Make a report on the state of the hotel rooms.
• Provide your service cart.
• Clean rooms and provide what is necessary.
• Clean corridors and service areas.
• Keep your corridor carpet and service stairs clean.
• Do not open rooms to unregistered people, nor leave rooms open or uncleaned.
• Keep the keys to your floor safe.
• Ensure that rooms are clean and well supplied.
• Take care of guests' belongings.
• Remove and take care of items from unoccupied rooms.
• Comply with quality and service standards, as well as with the internal work regulations established in the organization.
• Make reports and clean rooms in the Galileus.

• Training or basic knowledge in the housekeeping area.
• 1 year of experience is required.

• Languages: Knowledge of English will be valued.

H10 Hotels precisa incorporar una persona para la posición de Camarero/a de pisos en el hotel H10 Gran Tinerfe, en Tenerife.

Las funciones a realizar serán:

• Realizar de manera cualificada la limpieza y arreglo de las habitaciones y pasillos, así como del orden de los objetos de los clientes.
• Limpiar y ordenar las habitaciones, baños y pasillos entre las habitaciones de clientes.
• Controlar el material, productos de los clientes y comunicar a sus responsables las anomalías en las instalaciones y los objetos perdidos.
• Realizar la atención directa al cliente en las funciones propias de su área.
• Recoger sus llaves.
• Hacer informe del estado de las habitaciones del hotel.
• Suministrar su carro de servicio.
• Hacer limpieza de habitaciones y suministrar lo necesario.
• Limpieza de pasillos y áreas de servicio.
• Mantener limpia su alfombra de pasillo y escaleras de servicio.
• No abrir habitaciones a personas no registradas, ni dejar habitaciones abiertas o sin asear.
• Resguardar las llaves de su piso.
• Asegurar que las habitaciones estén limpias y bien suministradas.
• Cuidar las pertenencias de los huéspedes.
• Bajar y cuidar los objetos de las habitaciones desocupadas.
• Cumplir con los estándares de calidad y de servicio, así como cumplir con el reglamento interior de trabajo establecido en la organización.
• Realizar partes y limpiezas de habitaciones en el Galileus.

• Formación o conocimientos básicos en el área de limpieza de Pisos.
• Se requiere experiencia de 1 año.

• Idiomas: Se valorarán conocimientos de inglés.
