The role
H10 Hotels needs to bring on a Maintenance Manager for our hotel H10 Costa Mogán.
What you'll do
The main duties of the job will be:
- Carry out in a qualified and responsible manner the management, control, and monitoring of maintenance tasks and auxiliary services.
- Lead, organize, instruct, and coordinate the team of maintenance technicians so that their contribution is effective and profitable, as well as the rest of the staff under your charge.
- Develop preventive maintenance and repair programs, monitoring the proper operation of machinery and facilities.
- System reviews: analysis of department management, developing action plans to correct any deviations detected or to promote strengths.
- Internal/external audits: carrying them out and/or following up on them.
- Participate in preparing the department's annual budget as well as managing its control.
- Ensure compliance with the Occupational Risk Prevention protocol, as well as fire prevention measures.
- Stay informed and ensure compliance with all legal regulations applicable to your work area. In particular, guarantee that all machinery at the establishment passes mandatory inspections on time.
- Provide information requested by management.
- Achieve the objectives defined with management.
