Maintenance Manager at H10 Costa Mogán

H10 Hotels needs to bring on a Maintenance Manager for our hotel H10 Costa Mogán.

The main duties of the job will be:

• Carry out in a qualified and responsible manner the management, control, and monitoring of maintenance tasks and auxiliary services.
• Lead, organize, instruct, and coordinate the team of maintenance technicians so that their contribution is effective and profitable, as well as the rest of the staff under your charge.
• Develop preventive maintenance and repair programs, monitoring the proper operation of machinery and facilities.
• System reviews: analysis of department management, developing action plans to correct any deviations detected or to promote strengths.
• Internal/external audits: carrying them out and/or following up on them.
• Participate in preparing the department's annual budget as well as managing its control.
• Ensure compliance with the Occupational Risk Prevention protocol, as well as fire prevention measures.
• Stay informed and ensure compliance with all legal regulations applicable to your work area. In particular, guarantee that all machinery at the establishment passes mandatory inspections on time.
• Provide information requested by management.
• Achieve the objectives defined with management.

• Education level: Technical Engineering
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position.

H10 Hotels precisa incorporar a un/a Jefe de Mantenimiento para nuestro hotel H10 Costa Mogán.

Las principales funciones del puesto de trabajo serán:

• Realizar de forma cualificada y responsable la dirección, control y seguimiento de las tareas propias de mantenimiento y servicios auxiliares.
• Dirigir, organizar, instruir y coordinar el equipo de técnicos de mantenimiento para que su aportación sea eficaz y rentable, así como el resto de personal a su cargo.
• Desarrollar los programas de mantenimiento preventivo y de reparaciones, vigilando el perfecto funcionamiento de las máquinas e instalaciones.
• Revisiones del Sistema: análisis de la gestión del departamento, desarrollando planes de acción para corregir las desviaciones que se detecten o para fomentar los puntos fuertes.
• Auditorías internas/externas: realización y/o seguimiento.
• Participar en la elaboración del presupuesto anual del departamento así como llevar su control.
• Asegurar el cumplimiento del protocolo de Prevención de Riesgos Laborales, así como de las medidas de contra incendio.
• Informarse y asegurarse del cumplimiento de todas las normativas legales que apliquen a su área de trabajo. En especial, garantizar que toda la maquinaria del establecimiento cumpla las revisiones obligatorias en tiempo.
• Facilitar información solicitada por la dirección.
• Conseguir los objetivos definidos con la dirección.

• Nivel de estudios: Ingeniería Técnica
• Experiencia mínima de 2 años en puesto similar.
