The role

H10 Hotels needs to hire a person for the Bellhop position to work at our hotel H10 Costa Adeje Palace, in Tenerife.

What you'll do

Welcome the client at the hotel door showing a warm welcome from the very first moment, always keeping in mind the concept of excellence as the ultimate goal of the service.
Offer a Welcome Drink to guests and guarantee the safety of their luggage while they check in.
Escort clients to their room carrying their luggage. Inform them about all the services available in the room and how to use them.
Show and provide information about facilities, common areas, and services available to clients, encouraging their use and sale.
Provide additional information about activities and services available in the city, making reservations if necessary.
Regularly inspect the facilities to ensure the safety of guests and maintain an optimal visual appearance of all reception areas.
To show a proactive and collaborative attitude towards guests, conveying empathy and a conciliatory character for conflict resolution.
Provide continuous support to receptionists in sub-processes such as check-in, check-out, billing, and telephone assistance.
