Night Receptionist at H10 Rubicón Palace

H10 Hotels is looking to hire a Night Receptionist to work at the H10 Rubicón Palace, in Lanzarote.

The duties to be performed will be:

• Customer service.
• Check-in, check-out and reservation management.
• Phone and email assistance.
• Monitoring and resolving customer complaints.
• Management of agency credits.
• Personalized advice.
• Support with tasks specific to the night audit.

• Availability for the night shift (from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM).
• Responsible person, with the ability to resolve issues and a vocation for customer service.
• High level of English. Other languages will be valued.
• Previous experience of 1 year in the same position.
• Knowledge of SAP.

H10 Hotels precisa incorporar a un/a Recepcionista de Noche, para trabajar en el H10 Rubicón Palace, en Lanzarote.

Las funciones a desarrollar serán:

• Atención al cliente.
• Check in, check out y gestión de reservas.
• Atención telefónica y email.
• Seguimiento y resolución de quejas de clientes.
• Gestión de créditos de agencias.
• Asesoramiento personalizado.
• Apoyo en las tareas propias de la auditoría de noche.

• Disponibilidad en turno de noche (de 23:00h a 07:00h).
• Persona responsable, con capacidad para resolver incidencias y vocación por la atención al cliente.
• Nivel alto de inglés. Se valorarán otros idiomas.
• Experiencia previa de 1 año en la misma posición.
• Conocimientos de SAP.
