The role of Commercial Data Analysis Technician is fundamental to the success of our Commercial area. You will be responsible for the management, analysis, and exploitation of commercial data with the objective of providing valuable information that supports strategic decision-making. Your work will contribute directly to the optimization of our operations and the fulfillment of our business objectives.

• Data Analysis and Exploitation: Perform the management, analysis, and exploitation of commercial data to support informed decision-making in the Commercial area.
• Design and Maintenance of Dashboards and Reports: Design, maintain, and optimize dashboards, reports, and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) for the Commercial area, ensuring they accurately reflect the business situation.
• Business Connection: Collect and define functional requirements, acting as a link between the business area and the technology teams to ensure the correct implementation of analysis solutions.
• Preparation of Strategic Reports: Prepare reports and detailed analyses on sales, customers, products, and campaigns, identifying key trends, patterns, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Data Quality Assurance: Supervise data quality, guaranteeing the reliability, consistency, and availability of all information used for analysis and decision-making.
• Automation and Process Improvement: Drive the automation and continuous improvement of reporting and analysis processes, seeking to increase operational efficiency and reduce delivery times.
• Functional User Support: Provide functional support to users in the Commercial area in the use and interpretation of tools, indicators, and business reports, fostering a data-driven culture.
• Evolution of BI Solutions: Actively participate in the evolution of our Business Intelligence (BI) and data analysis solutions, incorporating new methodologies and tools that enhance our analytical capabilities.

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of demonstrable experience in similar positions, with a strong focus on commercial data analysis.
• Education: University degree in areas such as Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or similar.
• Technical Knowledge:
• Proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, QlikView).
• Experience in handling and querying databases (SQL).
• Knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools.
• Experience in handling ETL tools, Python, R will be valued,
