We are looking to hire a SAT Dispatcher to join our Technical Assistance Service team. You will be a key piece in coordinating technical interventions, ensuring that our clients receive agile, efficient, and top-quality service.

What you'll do

  • Plan and coordinate the schedules of the field technician team.

  • Manage repairs, preventive maintenance, installations, and equipment relocations.

  • Handle customer inquiries and incidents by phone, email, and digital platforms.

  • Provide administrative and operational support to the technical team.

  • Prepare quotes related to technical services.

  • Follow up on work orders until their successful resolution.

  • Manage technical and administrative documentation associated with the service.

  • Coordinate the availability of materials, spare parts, and inventory control among technicians.

  • Manage complaints and keep clients informed about the status of their requests.

  • Collaborate with the Sales, Spare Parts, Purchasing, Logistics, and Administration departments to ensure excellent service.

  • Keep internal management systems up to date.
