We are looking to hire a SAT Dispatcher to join our Technical Assistance Service team. You will be a key piece in coordinating technical interventions, ensuring that our clients receive agile, efficient, and top-quality service.

Plan and coordinate the schedules of the field technician team.
Manage repairs, preventive maintenance, installations, and equipment relocations.
Handle customer inquiries and incidents by phone, email, and digital platforms.
Provide administrative and operational support to the technical team.
Prepare quotes related to technical services.
Follow up on work orders until their successful resolution.
Manage technical and administrative documentation associated with the service.
Coordinate the availability of materials, spare parts, and inventory control among technicians.
Manage complaints and keep clients informed about the status of their requests.
Collaborate with the Sales, Spare Parts, Purchasing, Logistics, and Administration departments to ensure excellent service.
Keep internal management systems up to date.
