What you'll do

As a Sales Performance Analyst, you will act as the right hand of the Telesales Manager, helping to maximize the commercial performance of the department through analysis, planning, and team support.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Prepare sales and profitability reports to support decision-making.
  • Design and monitor action plans aimed at improving commercial performance.
  • Create sales scripts, product manuals, and support materials for commercial campaigns.
