You will be the key contact alongside the Telesales Manager, driving the performance of a team of approximately 50 professionals, transforming data into decisions, developing commercial initiatives, and leading projects that directly contribute to achieving sales targets.

What will your mission be?

As a Sales Performance Analyst, you will act as the right hand of the Telesales Manager, contributing to maximizing the department's commercial performance through analysis, planning, and team support.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Analyze key commercial KPIs and identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare sales and profitability reports to facilitate decision-making.
  • Design and monitor action plans aimed at improving commercial performance.
  • Create sales scripts, product manuals, and support materials for commercial campaigns.
  • Design and monitor incentive plans and sales campaigns.
  • Participate in the initial training of new advisors and in the continuous development of the team.
  • Support the Telesales Manager in team coordination and monitoring.
  • Monitor margins, discounts, and customer profitability.
