What you'll do

Provide personalized attention and advice to our customers about natural products.
Manage opening, cash handling, cash counting, and closing of the till with a smile.
Restock products and keep shelves organized and attractive.
Monitor stock, expiration dates, and inventories so nothing is left behind.
Place orders and manage invoice entry into our software, because organization is key.

Requirements

Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in herbal shops, eco-shops, or organic supermarkets.
Sales-oriented attitude and a desire to help others find their well-being.
Availability to work rotating schedules from Monday to Friday and alternating Saturdays—flexibility is our middle name!
Basic knowledge of Office, because a good shop assistant also knows how to handle technology.
Minimum education: Compulsory Secondary Education.
