• Provide personalized attention and advice to our customers about natural products.
• Manage opening, cash handling, cash counting, and closing of the till with a smile.
• Restock products and keep shelves organized and attractive.
• Monitor stock, expiration dates, and inventories so nothing is left behind.
• Place orders and manage invoice entry into our software, because organization is key.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in herbal shops, eco-shops, or organic supermarkets.
• Sales-oriented attitude and a desire to help others find their well-being.
• Availability to work rotating schedules from Monday to Friday and alternating Saturdays—flexibility is our middle name!
• Basic knowledge of Office, because a good shop assistant also knows how to handle technology.
• Minimum education: Compulsory Secondary Education.

• Brindar atención personalizada y asesoramiento a nuestros clientes sobre productos naturales.
• Gestionar la apertura, cobro, arqueo y cierre de caja con una sonrisa.
• Reponer productos y mantener los lineales ordenados y atractivos.
• Controlar el stock, fechas de caducidad e inventarios para que nada se quede atrás.
• Realizar pedidos y gestionar la introducción de facturas en nuestro software, porque la organización es clave.

• Experiencia mínima de 1 año en atención al cliente, preferiblemente en herbolarios, ecotiendas o supermercados ecológicos.
• Actitud comercial y ganas de ayudar a los demás a encontrar su bienestar.
• Disponibilidad para trabajar en horarios rotativos de lunes a viernes y sábados alternos, ¡la flexibilidad es nuestro segundo nombre!
• Conocimientos básicos de Office, porque un buen dependiente también sabe manejar la tecnología.
• Formación mínima: Educación Secundaria Obligatoria.
