What you'll do

Ensure the quality of products offered in our stores, guaranteeing compliance with established standards.
Collaborate in the implementation of continuous improvement processes in the quality area.
Conduct internal and external audits to verify compliance with regulations and quality standards.
Participate in staff training on quality and sustainability practices.
Analyze and manage customer complaints and suggestions related to product quality.

Requirements

Minimum education: Degree in fields related to quality, biology, chemistry, or similar.
