Specialized Sales Assistant

• Training in one of the following areas: dietetics, nutrition, pharmacy, parapharmacy, cosmetics, naturopathy, herbal medicine, biology, or similar.
• Previous experience in customer service in settings such as herbal stores, eco-stores, or organic supermarkets (desirable).
• Minimum education: Compulsory Secondary Education.

• Provide personalized attention and advice to our customers about natural products.
• Manage the cash register, including opening, cash collection, cash reconciliation, and closing.
• Restock products and maintain an attractive visual display on the shelves.
• Manage inventory, ensuring proper handling of expiration dates, stocktakes, and delivery notes.
• Place orders and record invoices in our internal system.
