The role

Would you like to be part of a company with more than 250 years of history? At Herbolario Navarro we are looking for a Shop Assistant in Valencia. We are a family-owned Valencian company, founded in 1771, and we have become a national benchmark in the world of eco-stores. With more than 50 points of sale throughout Spain, we offer a wide range of natural products ranging from food to cosmetics. Our commitment to health and well-being is what drives us to keep growing every day.

What you'll do

Providing personalised attention and advice to our customers about natural products.
Managing the till, including opening, cash collection, cash reconciliation, and closing.
Restocking products and maintaining an attractive visual display on the shelves.
Controlling stock, ensuring proper management of expiry dates, inventories, and delivery notes.
Placing orders and recording invoices in our internal system.

Requirements

Training in one of the following areas: dietetics, nutrition, pharmacy, parapharmacy, cosmetics, naturopathy, herbal medicine, biology, or similar.
Previous experience in customer service in settings such as herbalists, eco-stores, or organic supermarkets (desirable).
Minimum education: Compulsory Secondary Education.
