What you'll do

We are looking for people eager to grow with us, contribute their energy, and make this new store a welcoming and special space for our customers.

WHAT WILL YOUR FUNCTIONS BE?

Team management and development: Coordinate staff, plan shifts, train, and evaluate their performance.

Operations and control: Supervise opening/closing, control stock and inventories, and ensure compliance with safety and hygiene regulations (HACCP).

Sales and Visual Merchandising: Drive the achievement of commercial objectives, execute promotional campaigns, and maintain the visual standards of the store.

Administration and systems: Manage the cash register (Comerzia), process orders and delivery notes in SAP/SAP Fiori, and analyze sales data with Power BI.

Coordination and quality: Attend to external inspections, manage incidents with central departments, and resolve customer complaints

How you'll work

Training will be carried out in VALENCIA for one month/one and a half months to train you in all aspects of product and store management, which will be complemented with training in stores near your location when Christmas approaches
