Reporting to the Regional Manager, responsibilities will include:

- Implementing, executing, and monitoring the company's strategic plan in the commercial area.
- Managing and leading the sales team and mechanics.
- Maximizing sales and managing the store's profit and loss account.
- Providing excellent customer service and ensuring the team does the same.
- Managing the Visual area.
- Motivating the sales teams.
- Achieving qualitative and quantitative targets.
- Accustomed to working with KPIs.
- Minimum proven experience of 3 years in a similar position.
- Compensation based on the candidate's track record.

For our new Mammoth stores in central MADRID, we are hiring a store manager.

Our store managers live and breathe the world of cycling, so you'll definitely be busy making sure the rest of the team lives and enjoys it just as much as you do.

So to get started with the management role, we'll need you to:

- Inspire and motivate our sales team, analyze commercial indicators.
- Lead a new project and implement the commercial policies established by company management.
- Apply the brand's merchandising concept.
- You will be responsible for directing, supporting, and training your team.
- Organize the point of sale (planning tasks, cash register, sales, warehouse, etc.).
- You have one single goal: achieve your objectives (yes, we are ambitious!), running your store with style, energy & fun!

6 months + 6 months + permanent contract

Part-time / Full-time
