Junior Valuation & Technical Due Diligence Advisor

The Valuation department is responsible for performing the valuations of all properties, both foreclosed (REO) as well as loan collateral properties (NPL) and those in Due Diligence processes during portfolio acquisitions. Additionally, it contributes to the link between the Real Estate, Legal, and Asset Management Departments, to guarantee the integrity, quality, and efficient flow of relevant real estate information within the company.
