Reporting to the Systems/IT Manager, we are looking for an ERP AX Expert to provide functional and technical support for our Microsoft Dynamics AX, collaborating on its daily maintenance and connectivity with the rest of our business tools (WMS, POS, e-commerce).
What you'll do

First and second-level functional support for Microsoft Dynamics AX (2012 or later versions): incident resolution, user queries, and minor configurations
Collaborate in monitoring the integration of AX with the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and the store POS
Support the maintenance of stock and price consistency between the ERP and the rest of the channels (physical and online stores)
Document incidents, configurations, and processes related to the ERP
Collaborate with the external AX technical support partner/provider, channeling more complex incidents
Participate in functional testing regarding changes, updates, or new developments on AX
Contribute to keeping master data documentation (items, customers, suppliers) up to date
