• Season Calendarization and Budgeting: Collaborate with the production, commercial, operations, and finance departments to define the calendarization and budget for each season.

• Product Strategy: Participate in the development of the product strategy, focusing on the creation of new families, the definition of family/sub-family percentages, and alignment with brand objectives.

• Design Briefing: Guidelines on must-haves, key items, materials, colors, details, and other key elements for the development of collections.

• Collection Structure and Product Selection: Define the collection structure (categories, styles, options) and participate in the selection of the most suitable products.

• Buying Plan: Develop the buying plan, establishing prices, quantities, delivery dates, margins, origins, suppliers, and model segmentation, while ensuring a correct distribution of references by block and store arrival dates.

• Creation of Price Lists and Implementation Quantities: Establish price lists for customers, ensuring they are applicable to each product, and define the initial implementation quantities for each type of store.

• Product Lifecycle Management: Involve yourself in the entire process of creating new product families, from ERP management, cost price quoting per supplier, and sample tracking, to negotiating MOQs, cost prices, payment terms, order issuance, and manufacturing management.
