What we're looking for
2+ years of experience in a Content Operations Manager/Project Manager/Operations Manager position
You work confidently with Notion, Airtable, Coda, Rowy or similar; you understand relational structures, connections between tables, data types, and principles of information organization.
You have experience building workflows from scratch, auditing existing processes, finding bottlenecks, standardizing, and implementing changes.
You work practically with no-code/low-code tools, integrations, APIs, and AI tools to automate routine tasks.
You are able to plan, prioritize, and coordinate tasks, manage deadlines, dependencies, and cross-functional processes; you are proficient in Notion, Jira, Asana or similar.
You are proficient in Google Sheets/Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data processing) and have experience building operational reporting and tracking KPIs.
You create and maintain SOPs, instructions, and checklists for complex operational processes.
Nice to have
Basic knowledge of SQL, JavaScript/Google Apps Script, and experience with REST API and Firebase for more complex integrations and automations.
Experience with CMS, understanding of content pipelines, metadata management, localization, and publication of digital or video content.
Experience creating custom admin panels, operational dashboards, and internal systems on low-code/no-code platforms.

We are looking for a Content Operations Manager to ensure the seamless operation of the content team: from database health and releases to processes, reporting, and automation. This is a role at the intersection of content, processes, and tools—for someone who loves data order, sees bottlenecks, and closes them systematically rather than manually.
What you'll do
Maintain data relevance, integrity, and correctness; optimize database structures and workflows.
Support adjacent teams on content matters, resolve operational queries, coordinate teams, and remove blockers.
Coordinate content preparation and publication, monitor material readiness, deadlines, and release accuracy.
Plan, prioritize, and track content team tasks, monitoring deadlines and dependencies—without direct people management.
Collect, systematize, and analyze data, prepare regular and ad-hoc reports, and ensure transparency of key operational metrics.
Create and update instructions, checklists, and work standards, and systematize operational knowledge.
Identify bottlenecks, reduce manual operations, improve internal tools, and implement automations.
Quickly restructure workflows in response to changing priorities, new initiative launches, and product development.
