The role
At Housfy, we are looking for a debt collection manager with industry experience to handle the economic management of a rental portfolio.
What you'll do
What will your responsibilities be?
- Direct contact and continuous management with tenants.
- Processing and application of rent discounts.
- Telephone management and negotiation of debt payment agreements.
- Processing of lease terminations due to expiration of term.
How you'll work
- Full-time: Monday to Thursday 9:00 am-2:30 pm and 3:30 pm to 6:00 pm; Friday from 9:00 am to 2:30 pm.
