The role

At Serra Grup Immobiliari ( Housfy Grup), we are looking for a Property Manager to join our team in Vilanova i la Geltrú.

The Property Manager will be responsible for the comprehensive management of a portfolio of homeowners' associations, ensuring their correct operation and offering a quality service to clients.

What you'll do

  • Economic Management and Incidents: Review of settlements, certificates of payment standing, coding/approval of extraordinary invoices, and budget monitoring. Daily supervision and resolution of portfolio incidents.
  • Meetings and Agreements: Convene, attend, and lead ordinary and extraordinary meetings for the assigned properties. Draft and send minutes, and ensure the execution of agreements made by assigning tasks to the manager.
  • Technical and Legal Advisory: Advise communities on improvement works, conservation, and maintenance of the property. Follow up on legal files for delinquency or other procedures with the office lawyers.
  • Relationship with owners: Maintain constant, fluid, and trustworthy communication with the communities.

How you'll work

  • Schedule: Monday to Thursday from 9am to 6pm; Friday from 9am to 3pm. July and August from 8am to 3pm.
