Requirements

What we're looking for

Vocational Training in electricity, electromechanics, industrial engineering, or similar.
Knowledge of HVAC and industrial refrigeration.
Availability outside of working hours, due to production and organizational needs, to attend to urgent situations. These services will be carried out on an alternating basis among the members of the maintenance team.
Ability to resolve incidents and deal with internal and external personnel.
Attention to detail and proactivity.

Nice to have

Experience in similar positions will be valued.

What you'll get

Full-time permanent employment contract.
38 and a half hours per week, Monday to Thursday from 8:00 to 17:00 with a one-hour lunch break, and Friday from 8:00 to 14:30 with a 15-minute break.

The role

At Iberchem, we are looking for a person to join us as a Maintenance Technician in our Maintenance Department.

As part of the Maintenance team, your main objective will be to ensure the correct functioning, availability, and safety of the company's equipment and facilities through the execution of preventive and corrective maintenance activities.

What you'll do

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of production and laboratory equipment and facilities, diagnosing and resolving breakdowns to ensure their availability and minimize downtime.
Coordinate and supervise work carried out by suppliers and external maintenance companies.
Identify opportunities for improvement and participate in actions aimed at optimizing the reliability and efficiency of the equipment.
Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and environmental procedures in all interventions.
Collaborate in the planning and execution of maintenance tasks and small technical projects.
