The role

Currently, we want to incorporate a MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN for one of our companies in the Vall Companys Group.

What you'll do

Guarantee the correct functioning of the plant's facilities, equipment, and machinery through the planning, coordination, and execution of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance tasks, ensuring the continuity of the production process and compliance with established quality and safety standards.

Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance tasks on the plant's equipment and facilities.
Plan and supervise compliance with established maintenance programs.
Detect, analyze, and resolve breakdowns and technical incidents to guarantee production continuity.
Coordinate and execute the tasks planned in the maintenance plan, adapting them to the needs of the plant.
Organize and supervise the tasks of the personnel under their charge, ensuring a correct distribution of work.
Coordinate the interventions of external companies and subcontractors in the facilities.
Maintain continuous communication with the Production, Quality, and Occupational Risk Prevention departments to manage possible incidents.
Identify opportunities for improvement in the equipment and facilities, proposing actions that optimize their functioning.
Guarantee compliance with safety, quality, and occupational risk prevention procedures during maintenance interventions.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Vocational Training of Intermediate or Higher Grade in Industrial Maintenance, Industrial Mechatronics, Electromechanics, Electricity, Automation, and Industrial Robotics or similar.
Minimum experience of 2 years performing industrial maintenance functions in production environments.
Knowledge of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of industrial machinery and facilities.
Capacity for organization, incident resolution, and coordination of work teams.
Responsible, proactive person with the capacity to work in a team.
Residency in the province of the vacancy.
Availability to work from Monday to Friday in rotating morning, afternoon, and night shifts.
