What you'll do

As part of the Management team, you will provide high-level executive and administrative support, ensuring the smooth running of the Management's day-to-day activities and facilitating coordination with internal and external teams. You will manage the calendar, organize meetings and travel, coordinate strategic documentation, and contribute to the efficiency of the business's administrative processes.

  • Experience in multinational corporate environments will be valued.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams).
