You will learn by working on real projects and will be able to develop a complete understanding of how the power grid operates, combining technical work, management, coordination, and interaction with different teams.

What you'll do

You will join Iberdrola Redes Inteligentes as a Facilities Manager/Electrical Installations Manager or Network Development Manager/Grid Development Manager. In these roles, you will participate in projects related to the operation, expansion, and improvement of the electricity distribution network, supported by experienced professionals who will help you grow from day one.

Manage new works, modifications, and expansions of the electricity distribution network in your area of operation.
Participate in monitoring work on high, medium, and low voltage installations, including electricity distribution lines and substations.
Collaborate in coordinating work carried out by in-house teams and contractor companies, from fault repairs to the execution of new installations.
Monitor the technical, economic, and execution aspects of the work, preparing reports and analyzing indicators.
Process and manage access and connection requests for consumption, as well as associated modifications.
Prepare and review projects for the renovation or construction of high, medium, and low voltage electrical installations.
Supervise field work, carry out inspections, and ensure installations are executed in accordance with the project, regulations, and commissioning requirements.
Review projects for grid access installations, verifying compliance with internal regulations, applicable legislation, and necessary documentation.
Use corporate systems to record data, consult information, and support technical decision-making.
