About the role

As a Production Engineer – Engine Workshop, you will be part of the team responsible for driving continuous improvement of the workshop's operations, working closely with production areas to ensure a safe, efficient, and competitive operation.

You will participate in the development, implementation, and optimization of production processes for the CFM56, V2500, PW1100G-JM (GTF), and LEAP programs, contributing to the improvement of quality, productivity, safety, and the achievement of TAT, OTD, and profitability targets.

You will also work on the industrialization of new capabilities, the implementation of improvement projects, and the identification of opportunities for digitalization and automation of the Engine Workshop's processes.

What you'll do

  • Provide technical support to production areas to improve the efficiency and robustness of processes.

  • Analyze production processes and identify improvement opportunities.

  • Lead the implementation of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiatives.

  • Design and implement new processes and work standards.

  • Analyze operational incidents and coordinate the definition and implementation of corrective actions.

  • Collaborate on projects for the industrialization of new capabilities and technologies.

  • Participate in digitalization and automation initiatives for the operation.

  • Define and monitor process indicators to ensure compliance with operational objectives.

  • Collaborate in the definition and implementation of investments (CAPEX) aimed at improving capacity, productivity, and safety.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical, Industrial, Mechanical, Industrial Organization, Materials Engineering, or similar.

  • B2 English level or equivalent (785 TOEIC or higher).
