About the role

Your role at Iberia:

Carry out the monthly scheduling of cabin crew, ensuring the legality, productivity and quality of the schedules.

What you'll do

Your challenges:

  • Carry out the monthly scheduling efficiently within the limited timeframes of each process, taking into account all possible constraints and scenarios. 
  • Provide the highest scheduling quality and satisfaction to the internal customer, in this case, the crew members.
  • Optimize resources in the best possible way, in order to achieve maximum productivity.
  • Take into account all quality rules, FTL, Collective Bargaining Agreement and any other possible requirements.

What we're looking for

Your knowledge:

Minimum: High school diploma or Higher Vocational Training Certificate

Intermediate level of English (B2).

Excel

Data file handling and processing (intermediate level)

Nice to have

Knowledge of the Carmen system (Jeppesen), or already performing these duties at another airline/airline services company...
