Requirements

What we're looking for

- 2-4 years of experience as an accounting clerk, invoicing assistant, basic accounting.

- Rigorous, organized work methodology with attention to detail.

Nice to have

- Having solid knowledge of basic accounting will be positively valued.

- Knowledge of Netsuite, Payhawk or Konsolidator is a plus.

The role

Provide administrative and accounting support in various tasks related to the company's financial and accounting management. Digitize and record the accounting transactions of the company's operations and verify their proper accounting.

What you'll do

• Recording of financial transactions

• Invoicing management

• Preparation of accounting reports

• Accounting of invoices

• Provide general support in administrative tasks, such as email management, file organization, and coordination of internal and external communications

• Review of the accounting of documents

• Properly classify accounting documents according to existing cost centers

• Continuous collaboration in other assigned tasks specific to the department
