BIM Revit Modelers — Railway Infrastructure

●Architecture or similar

●Demonstrable experience in BIM modeling with Autodesk Revit.

●Proficiency in working with templates, worksets, families, parameters, and plans.

●Experience in collaborative BIM environments with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).

●For the Architecture profile, the ability to work in English in international environments is an essential requirement.

●Previous experience in railway stations, metro, or transport infrastructure will be valued.

●Knowledge of BIM coordination will be valued.

●Ability to work in English for the Structural profiles.

At IDDTEK, we are looking to incorporate 3 senior BIM modelers into our industrial plants and infrastructure unit to participate in a railway infrastructure project. 2 BIM Structural modelers and 1 BIM Architectural modeler.

You will participate in the development and coordination of BIM models in Revit, depending on your specialty, for elevated and underground station structures, as well as for architecture in shafts and associated structures.

They will perform the following functions, depending on the specialty:

BIM Structural Modelers

●Develop and update in Revit the structural models for elevated and underground stations, shafts, and associated structures.

●Model structural elements in accordance with the documentation and the engineering team's criteria.

●Create and adapt families, incorporate parameters, and organize models using templates and worksets.

●Prepare and update plans, sections, details, and schedules linked to the model.

●Review the quality and consistency of the modeling and resolve incidents assigned during coordination with other disciplines.

BIM Architectural Modeler

●Develop and update in Revit the architectural models for shafts and their associated spaces.

●Model layouts, enclosures, finishes, and other architectural elements in accordance with the project documentation.

●Create and adapt families and parameters, and prepare plans, sections, details, and schedules.

●Coordinate the interfaces of the architectural model with structures and installations.

●Participate in meetings and technical communications in English with international teams.

Common functions:

●Work collaboratively in Autodesk Construction Cloud, managing model updates and publications according to the project procedure.

●Apply established BIM standards and criteria for nomenclature, organization, and delivery.

●Incorporate design changes and maintain consistency between models and documentation.

●Collaborate with the BIM coordination team in clash detection and incident resolution.
